Ms. Gloria is a young and vibrant lawyer, a team player and goal oriented person with good advocacy, communication and interpersonal skills. She has a bachelor’s degree in law from Makerere University and a Masters degree of arts in gender studies from Makerere University.

Ms. Gloria is a young and vibrant lawyer, a team player and goal oriented person with good advocacy, communication and interpersonal skills. She has a bachelor’s degree in law from Makerere University and a Masters degree of arts in gender studies from Makerere University. She has a 6 years extensive work experience in project management both at national, local, and grass root level with organizations working on land rights, natural resources, women’s rights and gender issues including Center for economic social Cultural Rights in Africa (CESCRA), Buliisa Initiative for Rural Development Organization (BIRUDO), and Trust for Africa’s Orphans Uganda (TAOU).
 
She is passionate on issues of Human rights especially women rights and gender issues; Land rights; Business and Human rights, Natural resource governance; Food security and food nutrition; and Access to justice. Utilizing her expertise and experience, she has been able to advocate for land rights of the vulnerable communities in the Albertine region, Longo sub-region, West Nile region and Karamoja sub-region.
 
Gloria is driven by the belief that inclusive land and natural resource governance can lead to empowerment of the community and sustainable development. She is  motivated by her strong desire to contribute to building a strong and empowered community and a country that realises land rights, natural resources and food security.
