The Food Rights Alliance (FRA) invites qualified and licensed audit firms to submit expressions of interest for a consultancy to conduct independent external audits of FRA’s financial statements, in fulfilment of statutory requirements under the NGO Act, 2016, and to meet donor accountability standards.
The assignment will involve examining FRA’s annual financial statements, assessing internal control systems, verifying donor fund utilization, reviewing statutory compliance, and issuing a management letter with findings and recommendations. The audit will cover FRA’s consolidated financial statements, including all project and donor-funded accounts.
Engagement Type: Three (3)-year framework contract, with each financial year audited as a distinct annual assignment.
Interested firms must be registered and licensed by ICPAU, with at least three years’ experience conducting external audits, preferably of NGOs or donor-funded organizations.

Submission Deadline: Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 14th August 2026, addressed to the Executive Director at fra@frauganda.org, with the subject line “Expression of Interest–Audit.” Only complete bids submitted by mail will be considered.
